As an operator or investor, I want to place my office building(s) on the SKEPP site. How does that work?

Accepted Answer

First of all, amazing that you have chosen us! After all, as SKEPP, we have many years of experience as an online broker. We have the possibility to promote your office building(s) in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, France and Poland. In the past year, we have helped more than 3000 companies in their search for office space. With SKEPP, we specialize in the online rental of office spaces through various search engines, online advertising, but also through social media and mailings. Just sign our Officelisting agreement and send us the required information about your building(s). You only have to pay us when we have found a tenant for you! Get more information via info@skepp.com.

Question 14

Am I, as an operator or investor, tied to SKEPP for a longer period of time?

Accepted Answer

We understand that you want flexibility. This means that, unlike traditional brokers, we do not request exclusivity. In our opinion, it is really strange to ask for your commitment without having achieved any success. As soon as the Officelisting agreement has been signed, we will start to find a tenant on the basis of “no cure, no pay”. The only thing we ask for is a minimum collaboration of 12 months.

Question 15

How do I place my office building(s) on the SKEPP site?

Accepted Answer

Very simple, we do it for you! You only have to provide us with information about your property(s), such as rental prices, meters or workplaces and facilities. Our copywriters start immediately to write an attractive and easy-to-find web text. Moreover, they add the current range. The SKEPP photographer will contact you to make an appointment to shoot footage of your building(s). Do you already present your property(s) in Virtual Reality? At SKEPP, we are at the forefront of VR technology in the real estate market. Are you already convinced? Register quickly via info@skepp.com.

Question 16

A tenant of mine would like to use Officeplanner, what should I do?

Accepted Answer

Very simple, just introduce the online Officeplanner tool to the tenant! This allows the tenant to furnish the office building really quick. The tool can be accessed via shop.skepp.com, but it can also be implemented as a widget on your website. The advantages of a virtual design is that the tenant has insight into the possibilities of a specific office space in no time. This speeds up the rental. With Officeplanner, the tenant has the choice between the payment options rent, hire-purchase or buy. An additional advantage is that we are responsible for transport and assembly. If it cannot be done with a virtual design, our Spatial Designer is ready to help you out!

Question 17

I doubt if my office spaces are suitable for Officeplanner, how can I figure it out?

Accepted Answer

You do not have to figure this out, because Officeplanner can be applied in (almost) all office spaces. Why? The furniture is not permanently connected to the building. The furniture is easy to move, without damaging the building. With the SKEPP Meetingbox, it is good to realize that the ceiling must have a height of at least 2.60 meters. Besides, the room must be occupied with WiFi and electricity. Is this an answer to your question? Then quickly contact SKEPP (info@skepp.com) to discuss the possibilities of Officeplanner.

Question 18

What can I do best if a tenant wants to rent a larger (Officeplanner) space?

Accepted Answer

First of all, congratulations on the planned expansion of one of your tenants! The best solution is that we create a new design proposal and provide you with a new lease contract (including the number of workplaces, an up-to-date overview of Officeplanner furniture under delivery & services, and the changed rental prices). And what happens if a tenant wants to decrease the size of their office space? Make sure to contact us and we will look for a solution that fits best with both the tenant and the operator/investor.

Question 19

What are the choices with regard to an Officeplanner facility?

Accepted Answer

The first choice that a tenant has to make is the Officeplanner style for the interior. You can choose between URBAN Scandinavian (a hip and calm look) and URBAN Industrial (a industrial and cool look). THe styles have their own set with furniture. You can complete freedom in choosing the furniture. That is why it is super simple to make a design of an interior for your office space. Is this not an option? Our Spatial Designer is ready to give advice.

Question 20

How can I look forward to a kickback fee in combination with Officeplanner?

Accepted Answer

Firstly, you have to sign a kickback agreement with us. Then, if you make tenants enthusiastic about using Officeplanner, a percentage of the amount that we receive for the Officeplanner furniture will be received by you. This can be in the forms rent, hire-purchase or buy. In the end, it is an extra income for you and there are no risks involved!

Question 21

Accepted Answer

That is definitely realizable! Feel free to drop by one of the Officeplanner locations and see how these companies are benefiting from the flexibility of the furniture. Contact us to schedule an appointment. You can just call +31 85 8882339 or send an email to info@skepp.com.

Question 24

I am getting convinced to purchase Officekit products, but how does the installation of the products go?

Accepted Answer

Leave that to us! We ensure that everything is delivered properly and we also assemble and/or install it.

Question 25

Is it also possible to order Officekit products separately from each other?

Accepted Answer

Of course! For instance, you can first try 10 slots with keyless entry. If the experiences are positive, you can extend it to the entire office building. Do you have multiple office buildings? It then can also be an option to first provide one office building with Officekit products and to expand it later. Do you want to know more about this? Contact us by emailing info@skepp.com

Question 26

How do I know if my office portfolio is suitable for Officekit?

Accepted Answer

Every building is suitable for the products of Officekit, so your building(s) as well. The keyless entry slots are very easy to manage in the SKEPP app, with which you can also control gates. Are there visitors who want to park? They can use a one-time code. You will also find hardware information about your building(s) in the app. Consider the temperature of the building, but also the humidity level and the CO2 content. The reception column offers many advantages, just like the payment terminal for lunch. The payment terminal for lunch makes sure that you can keep your company restaurant up and running without FTEs. Again a way to save on personnel costs! Besides, if you are going to tackle the company restaurant, look at the Officekit furniture for lunch, because this fits well with the payment terminal. In other words, many solutions can be applied in every office building!
